- management of the company, development of strategy and setting tasks for employees; - working with foreign suppliers; - development of a product and service promotion strategy;

- organize and conduct educational and methodological work; - apply modern forms and methods of teaching, innovative pedagogical technologies in accordance with the purpose and objectives, expected results of the lesson; - use tasks for the development of critical thinking of students, implement problem-based learning, connect learning on the subject with practice; - plan and conduct lessons in the interrelation of the thematic sections of the educational program individually or jointly with colleagues (preparing for the lesson, evaluating, checking the work of students); - conduct lessons, elective hours, clubs;

- Conduct lessons of English language at A2, B1, B2, C1 levels for senior school students; - Conduct lessons of English language at beginner A1, A2 levels for primary school students; - Train students for International exams of English; - Coordinate and monitor small groups; - Held general and individual parent meetings, holidays and concert programs;

- Teach students of different age and background from A1 to C2 levels of English language; - Prepare course work and classroom material, handouts and home assignments; - Evaluate assignments and class work of students; - Initiate, moderate and facilitate classroom discussions; - Assessing the students’ progress (e.g. homework, exam grades, etc.); - Coordinate and monitor a group of 25 students; - Fulfill 23 academic hours of practical lessons per week.
