- Issues HSE reports for notifying officially SUBCONTRACTOR about unsafe acts and conditions which can’t be corrected on the spot, and follows up for corrective actions; - Collects all the regulatory documentation to be provided by SUBCONTRACTORs and requested per Russian Federation rules (e.g. hazardous wastes logbook, certificates from providers transporting and disposing wastes, limits for waste disposal, payment calculation for the negative environmental impacts, etc.); - Synergi entries of environmental KPI; - Cooperation with environmental organization and sanitary organizations including during inspections.

- To provide supervision on compliance with legislative and other regulatory norms on HSE within departments - To ensure that departmental operational plans meet the objectives and targets established by KATCO JV LLP HSE Policies - To check and sign the permits-to-work (PTW), to ensure that all the potential hazards are identified and necessary safety precautions are specified in the PTW. To inspect worksites for compliance with PTW requirements - To arrange, together with department specialists, for risk assessments to be conducted for the work activities carried out under their control - To participate in conducting of inspections, technical surveys of the buildings, installations, equipment, machineries, efficiency of the ventilation systems, ablutions, equipment for collective and personal protection - To take actions to suspend operation of machinery, equipment and work activities when reveal the nonconformities threatening to the workers’ life and health or if they could lead to an accident - To participate in incident and accident investigations, developing actions to prevent occupational diseases and work-related accidents and improving working conditions - To participate in developing and revising HSE sections of the instructions and procedures in appointed departments - To arrange and actively participate in safety meetings held by QHSD and relevant departments, as well as Contractors - To work with heads of departments, to provide support and continuously improve HSE performance, to provide methodical guidance through briefings and trainings - To work with Contractors and Subcontractors to ensure safe work execution at the Company’s facilities - To cooperate with safety supervisors/engineers from other departments to synchronise the activities and effectively use the resources - To participate in activities of the Departmental Examination Commission to test the knowledge of the employees - To contribute to increasing of safety culture through toolbox talks, safety meetings and training - To use PPE and ensure their use by other employees of Company, Contractors and Subcontractors - To provide recommendations related to selection, use and maintenance of PPE, working clothes and protective equipment and to supervise their appropriate storage, issue and usage - To report HSE performance in accordance with established forms and submission dates - To consult department employees sharing experience and knowledge and providing feedback - In case of business necessity, to drive company vehicles following mandatory requirements of traffic rules and road safety procedures - To control execution of corrective actions upon results of incident investigations, internal and external inspections and audits - To serve as a Company representative on HSE issues for Contractors and Subcontractors - To ensure providing up-to-date information in the emergency response plans for the facilities under area of responsibility - To participate in emergency drills and exercises held in appointed departments, to lay out action plans in order to eliminate revealed deficiencies and to learn lessons - To conduct trainings for employees on the use of firefighting appliances and initial emergency response actions (accident, radiation incident, fire, road traffic incident, etc.) - Participation in regular attestation of industrial facilities on labour conditions - To improve managerial skills and to pass appropriate trainings, if necessary - To improve technical knowledge on regular basis

- To be in charge of the observation of the cores, preparation of the lithological and mineralogical log, sampling and related reports - To integrate the results of the interpretation and in particular the interpreted lithology, in reference to the nearby environment - To contribute to the preparation of passports and interpreted cross sections in agreement with the standards and operating modes - To supervise the realization of the coring stage of the drilling, with the support of the drilling supervisor, and to acknowledge the reception of the cores at their extraction - To evaluate the quality and conformity of the cores with the standards specified in the Exploration Department of Geoscience Direction - To supervise the work performed by technician geologists - To ensure the management of the data acquired as well as interpreted drill holes within the information system used for management of KATKO drilling and logging activities - To prepare appropriate forms dedicated to analysis and interpretation of data for each supervised drill hole - To inform the Leaders of geological studies group by incident reports if any deviation is observed on the respect of technical operating modes and procedures
