Service Advisor
Service Advisor is responsible for: Co-ordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates of cost and time to complete and follow through to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and maintain their loyalty to the dealership. Assist customers in picking up vehicles and note any problems that they have so that the appointment for correction of a problem can be scheduled. Explain service work including next maintenance requirements to customers as required. Notify customers when backorder parts become available. Check and review work in process and open R.O.’s to see that all work is being performed properly and time schedule is being met, as required. Diagnose the specific customer problems accurately and describe clearly on repair orders.

DAF Warranty Assesor / Auditor/ Service manager
Bosfor Motors is officiall distributor of DAF Trucks in Kazakhstan Customer Service Manager: Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain all vehicle and customer information required for proper repairs, contacting customer and invoicing. Ensure all documentation on repair orders (RO’s) is complete with correct operation-repair types, ser#’s, killometters, signatures, etc. Understand, communicate, and evaluate all vendors and International Warranty guidelines, approval processes and policies during the write up and repair process. Link up DAVIE on all vehicles, check for fault/trouble codes, and advise customer of what is found. Review service history of vehicle, reviewing repeat complaints and/or possible warranties. Schedule service appointment requests and establish "promised time" checks with Technician and Team Lead. Investigate progress of vehicle repairs and contact customer with status changes/promised time. Explain completed work and charges to the customer, and reach out to customer when vehicle is ready for pick up. Order parts (RAPIDO Parts) for scheduled appointments, as required. Leave detailed notes for next shift to advise current situations with customer vehicles and promises made that the next shift must follow up with. Keep service Department forms, menus, and pricing guides up-to-date. Attend dealer-specified and/or factory-sponsored training courses, and complete “e-campus” courses as scheduled by management. Other related duties as assigned.
