• Supervision of work areas, check the availability & accordance of Permit to Works, for safety inductions for newcomers, for making schedule of work and of safety courses. • Conducting of weekly audits, preparing reports and delivery of necessary documentations. • Check the availability of PPE, the provision of all company personnel with personnel protective equipment. Work with subcontractors (Audit of equipment, PPE, Documentation.) • Perform monitor of following all RoK qualifying requirements by personnel • Interpreting English-Russian, Russian-English: general HSE meeting, issues, regarding production for contractors • Coordination of theoretical material implementation directly at site • Coordination of the Republic of Kazakhstan norms, rules and regulations implementation in the sphere of safety and environmental protection • Involved in Incident investigation. • Continuously monitor labourer performing work. Track follow-up actions according to recommendations & monitor the progress. • Assist with Daily Tool Box Talks. • Monitoring of load lifting operations and critical lifting. • Responsible for Fire safety on site and office • Coordinate with the contractor on site safety activities, training programs, emergency plans, drills, and procedure. • Requests and offers regarding PPE and HSE equipment issuing • Coordination work, requests for the company personnel training at HSE • Monitoring of works at the site during the night shift • Work with RoK Local Authorities (Labourer Dept, Ministry of Emergency Situation etc.) • Participate in management on site audits, prepare reports and recommendations after the audits, liaison between contractor and the customer on all safety related issues prior these audits and after them.
