• Participation in data collection and work packages preparation, with a description of the task, materials, human resources and deadlines; • Inspection, monitoring and ensure that all mechanicals engineering and piping related maitanance activities are in compliance with RoK regulations and to all engineering, construction, HSE and QA/QC requirements; • Assistant with compiling scope of work and schedules for tenders and contracts; • Supervise the execution of mechanical works, both performed by contractors & venders, virifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the time frame; • Ensure that all Contractors are fully aware of the planned scope of activity on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule;

• Inspection, monitoring and ensure that all mechanicals engineering and piping related construction (field) activities are in compliance with construction related RoK regulations and to all engineering, construction, HSE and QA/QC requirements; • Verification of construction activities (SIRS/C0) by using CS • Participation in construction completion walk downs to categorize identified punch list items and finalize them as per the punch list procedure, pre-commissioning activity. • Check sheets filling out as a ‘Final Inspection’ stage of a component, entity, or functional element as proof that it was constructed and or functionally tested and in accordance to project requirements. • Perform and review risk assessment and risk evaluations; • Evaluate suppliers, vendors and service providers; • Organize of the interaction between suppliers, vendors and contractors; • Assistant with compiling scope of work and schedules for tenders and contracts; • Ensure that all Contractors are fully aware of the planned scope of activity on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule; • Ensure that all materials, machinery and equipment conform to the specifications and quality standards; • Analyze the Contactor’s man-hours against budget and report all variations; • The completion and timely submission of construction reports, accurately record all works for this purpose.

• Participation at FGP Wellhead Pressure Managment Project : MS-31; MS-52; MM; WP-53.2; WP-53.1; • Implement and maintain a Zero Harm environment; • Participation in pre-hidrotest & construction completion walk downs; HSE and Qa/Qc inspection of site, filling technical reports; • Source discipline related construction materials, equipment, machinery, etc. control and distribution on site; • Ensure that all materials, machinery and equipment conform to the specifications and quality standarts; • Planning of piping construction works. Hydrotest, cleaning and gauging of pipe and pipelines; • Post hydrotest activity: cleaning, drying and preservation of on-plot piping, pipelines; Производство работ по очистке, осушке и калибровке, гидроиспытаниям и консервации подземных и надземных тех. трубопроводов , комплектация материалов, работа с тех. документацией. Управление персоналом и организация рабочих процессов на строительстве. Контроль за соблюдением норм ТБ и соответствия качества выполняемых работ.

• Participation at TCO projects: • FGP – 3GP construction & piping works; • IB-MOA - canteen & laboratory buildings erection; • IB-WEP- warehouse buildings erection; • SGI - site infrastructure development and driving of piles; • KTL- Turnaround 2016; 2018; • Pre-fabrication of pipe spools and erection of vessels, pipe racks, metal structures, industrial equipment, road furniture. • Participation in Qa/Qc inspection of site, filling technical reports. • Preparation & marking up of work related drawings and technical documentation. • Following safety due related customer/company/government procedures. • Preparation lists of mechanical isolation of lines and equipment. • Coordination of work with vendors and customer. • Support in look-ahead and planning activities. • Defining and requesting resources needed. • Checked progress and measurement of documentation management. • I have direct 100 reports (welders, pipefitters, laborers). • Total amount of Ariadna LLP contracts is around 65mln dollars per year.
