• Implementation of direct management in subordinate services; • monitoring the preset mode of electrical equipment; • Preparation of repair sheets electromechanical equipment; • Management of the electrical team work list through application of continuous improvement principles, incident management and equipment and vendor selection, plus leadership, guidance and coaching of junior and senior engineers in the electrical team • Maintain records and technical documentation for power equipment; • Develop safe methods of performing the most complex , associated with increased risk of surgery to repair , installation and dismantling, getting to know them workers and monitoring their implementation; • Development and implementation of measures to save energy , spare parts, repair materials , specific standards at the unit , as well as to improve the power factor; • Organization of timely training , certification and re-certification of the workers working in the areas and units with increased risk. Control the quality of the instruction and testing safety service workers.

• Conduct quality inspections of electrical work , commissioning and testing of electrical equipment; • The adjustment , correction of design documentation , drawings, electrical diagrams; • Balancing and commissioning of heating, ventilation , air conditioning;

• Technical maintenance and repair of electrical and Electromechanical equipment; • Operational maintenance of electrical networks up to and above 1000 V.
