Follow the Qa/Qc management system at sites. Responsible for performing all aspects of piping and mechanical inspection activities with minimum supervision. Ensure welds appearance is suitable for all NDT ( profile, cleanness, etc ) and visually inspect welds and sentence in accordance with Code. Incoming control inspections fabrication materials and erection material. Checking of the contractor’s TP for hydro test. Final inspection piping installation and prepared line for completion teams. After finish project check contractor Site Quality Dossier for transmittal DCC.

· Follow the QA/QC management system at sites. · Responsible for performing all aspects of piping and mechanical inspection activities with minimum supervision · Ensure Piping and Mechanical ITP stages are followed and complied · Monitor Piping and Mechanical operations and conduct required inspections work to resolve quality related issues with workers, subcontractors · Provide appropriate feedback to management regarding QA/QC matters. · Develop inspection and test programs. · Verify that all site activities comply with the quality codes and standards. · Timely completion of paperwork and piping and mechanical turnover binder.

· Execute the specific inspections on materials, equipments and construction/installation activities on site. · Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports. · Control equipment installation, alignment and leveling · Perform hydrostatic test of tank and measurement of pad settlement. · Coating application on fabrication shop and site application · Verification of climatic conditions and various QC tests (Salt Contamination, Dust, Profile roughness and DFT tests) · Reporting of all Painting and Coating processes · Inspection of all Coating activities on painting and blasting shop and perform QC test including Adhesion and Holiday tests. · Insulation inspection (FOAMGLAS, Fibaroll, Pittwrap,Mineral wool, Cladding) · Ensure that the coating and insulation processes are conducted in compliance with manufacturer requirements and client specification.

Quality Control Piping and Welding Inspector (FGP Project) 2018- 2019 · Perform visual inspection of piping and welding installation; · Perform piping walk-down inspection and complete punch lists. · Verify that punch list items have been dealt with in accordance with the contractual arrangements; · Review and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing; · witness final piping and welding tests; · maintain interface with the Client to ensure that all contractual and code requirements are met as far as the inspection scope is concerned. Quality Control Welding Inspector (SGR Project) 2016- 2018 · Make sure each weld is marked with the welder’s identification and is identified in accordance with drawing/weld map. · Ensure welds appearance is suitable for all NDT (profile, cleanness, etc) and visually inspect welds and sentence in accordance with Code. · Check to ensure the dimensions are in accordance with drawing/Code. · Ensure any modifications are included on as-built drawings. Quality Control Welding Inspector (SGP WHU Project) 2014- 2016 · Monitor PWHT process (if required) for compliance with the procedure (check chart record). · Ensure test equipment for Pressure/load test (if required) is calibrated. · Monitor test to ensure compliance with procedure/Code and ensure reports/records are available. · Ensure all reports/records are completed and collated as required.

· Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed on or off site. · Carry out inspection and check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

· Observe pressure, temperature, level, and flow gauges to ensure standard operation. · Test oxygen for purity and moisture content at various stages of process, using burette and moisture meter.
