 Design for spaces & and arrangement of furniture.  Presentation for work by using 3Ds max & Photoshop.  Supervision of works, all types of finishing activities.  Coordinate between arch. works and other disciplines works such as electrical works and mechanical works.  Monitors, reviews, comments, reports and approves on progress payments, quality control.  Logs and monitors all contractors' submitting (correspondence and shop drawing) to assure timely response, and process changes and field orders for review.  Review and approves the as built drawing.  Studies and gives comments on the contractor's claims.  Hold (weekly/ monthly) meeting with the contractor & owner representatives.  Witnesses and supervises commissioning and start-up activities.  Prepare project reports.  Quantity tack-off.
