POSITION SUMMARY

The Support team at the Global Support Center Hungary is critical to SAP's future success, and we are looking for candidates who strive to make the world run better. Support engineer who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP Products.
The engineer will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms, and databases.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services
- Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development
- Creating internal/external content for our knowledge base
- Involvement in product testing and validation
- Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents
- Participation in global internal projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Finance areas or University Students close to closure
- Knowledge in Financials would be a benefit
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
- Fast learner with IT affinity
- Spoken and written English language skills are required
- Spoken and written German language skills is an advantage


WORK EXPERIENCE
- Various positions are available for fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience
- Accounting, Financials, Local financial knowledge is advantage
- Deep knowledge in any SAP FI product
- Experience in Support or Software Development or IT
- Programming skills, knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4 etc) is advantage
