  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Experience as HR Business Partner in an international FMCG environment 3 to 5 + years
  • Previous experiance in L&D function as a big plus
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge the best practices in HR
  • Effective team player
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
